Dear Diary,
I lost my gall bladder exactly a year ago in a 5-hour surgery at South Hill Medical Hospital. I stayed for another 2 days after the operation.
This photo was taken 2 weeks after I was confined. Shortly after, I started working out without my doctor’s advise. I was too scared to gain weight because of the loss.
