Dear Diary,
I just learned of this a minute ago. Mama called to tell me that Jun-jun had his blood test only today, at 8:00 am. We have an appointment with Dra. Juliette Jumarang by 10:00 am. His blood test result will be available later by 5:00. The doctor needs that result upon check-up.
‘So ano’ng gagawin namin sa doctor, magkukwentuhan?’
He had since Monday July 6th to have his blood tested. He waited for 6 long days to have this thing done. And now he’s screwing up the medical check-up.
‘Kunsabagay, hindi naman ako ang may tuberculosis. Siya!’
I think my parents have done their part as employers. They asked me to accompany him to the doctor when I should be sleeping by now. And I am so pissed. Alas tres pa ako ng hapon kahapon gising, naghihintay sa gagawin na hindi naman pala mangyayari.
Kagaya nito – he’s outside, pounding hard that black steel gate. May door bell naman. Hangga’t hindi ko marining ang dinggggg – dingggg sa loob ng bahay na ito, hindi kita pagbubuksan!
